And though we may not finish this:
Creating Home & Accountable Land Relationship as Queer Diasporic Jews
This 10 minute mini-documentary captures 7 years of communal work towards right relationship with land at Linke Fligl, a queer Jewish farm & cultural organizing project based on Schaghticoke land (NY) from 2016-2022. We created this film as a conversation starter, and hope it can serve as an accessible tool to deepen Jewish communal commitment to accountable land relationship.
Closed captioning included with film. The film’s title comes from a verse in Pirkei Avot/Chapters of Our Ancestors 2:16. Transliteration of Hebrew phrase: Lo alecha ha’melacha ligmor.
